Bart joined Chase in 1994, holding a variety of roles in Card Services before a 2019 move to Auto Risk Management.
Bart currently leads Auto Originations Risk. Originations Risk drives the credit risk strategies and policies for new auto loans and leases for our retail indirect, manufacturing and direct businesses.
Prior to this role, Bart led a variety of Risk and Operational functions in Card Services, including:
- Card Acquisition Risk – Credit strategies affecting underwriting, credit line assignment and pricing, supporting all consumer products
- Card Portfolio Risk – Existing account management strategies including line increases, line decreases, balance transfers and total exposure strategies for all consumer products
- Card Collections Strategy – Delinquency and recovery strategies, including segmentation, model development, treatment design, and testing, in addition to Operational Leadership of inventory management, contact management, and recovery
- Card Collections Engineering and Technology – Product owners for Collections technology and management of Collections projects
